I didn’t think of looking at these numbers until I watched the Southeast Asia Major championship. There were a lot of matches that went 13, 14 and even 15 rounds, and the visible toll it was taking on the players was obvious on stream.
It would have been awesome if all 31 Capcom Cup qualifiers had played every character, but that didn’t happen (Ryu needs upgrades!).
